Pave of local Boldre turkey wrapped in bacon with creamed sprouts, sage and pine nut stuffing, bread sauce, chateau potatoes and cranberry jus

Slow cooked rump of lamb with cassoulet beans, cheesy mash and an apricot and red wine jus

Fillet of cod, buttered leeks and crab, parsley and olive oil crushed potatoes and a champagne cream

A torte of roasted squash, wild mushrooms and red onions with sauté potatoes and a rustic tomato sauce
