Pave of local Boldre turkey wrapped in bacon with creamed sprouts, sage and pine nut stuffing,
bread sauce, chateau potatoes and cranberry jus
Lamb and apricot sausages with cassoulet beans, cheesy mash and a rosemary jus
Fillet of cod, buttered leeks, parsley and olive oil crushed potatoes with a champagne cream
A torte of roasted squash, wild mushrooms and red onions
with sauté potatoes and a rustic tomato sauce
