Head Chef on BBC Radio Solent

Our talented Head Chef Karl has featured on Louise Hannan’s drive time show on BBC Radio Solent, showcasing the wonderful local ingredients we have available to us here at The Mill at Gordleton.

Karl cooked a gorgeous tart, using local wild garlic leaf, Isle of Wight blue cheese and asparagus from the brilliant Sopley Farm in Dorset.
The classic flavours marry together beautifully, and what makes it taste even better is that all the ingredients are local to us. At The Mill, we’re passionate about locally sourced produce, so much so we have been awarded the New Forest Marque (link to ).
