"Never have I been anywhere where excellence comes so naturally,"
a customer commented.

The Mill is a small privately owned Hotel on a river with restaurant and rooms. We have 7 lovely bedrooms, private dining and meeting room and a really good restaurant serving delicious homemade food.
We try not to be pretentious, preferring instead to be informal and friendly, but we are still totally committed to quality and service. Please see our Restaurant page for more information and sample menus.
I suppose the best part of all is the river and rambling gardens, home to a family of Ducks. Salmon, Trout and Perch are abundant in the river and you are more than welcome to fish. We have a visiting Heron most mornings and if you are lucky you might even spot a Kingfisher!
Just a five minute drive from the beautiful New Forest and a couple of miles from the charming Georgian sailing town of Lymington.
The Mill is an ideal base for a break or holiday in the New Forest area with a wide range of activities and interests within easy reach including horse riding in the forest or sailing in the Solent - please see the 'New Forest' page for more details.
We have been awarded the New Forest Marque. Which means you can rest assured that the produce we use is helping to sustain the rural economy.
